"Billing did its little magic trick twice"
The site itself is fine, no big drama there. But my bill was wrong twice, which was annoying. Support did fix one of the mystery charges, so credit where it’s due, but I’m still waiting on the other one to get sorted. Not loving the whole “surprise math” experience.
"Probably won’t be back"
I gave it a shot twice, hoping the second time would be better, but it still didn’t feel worth coming back. it kind of gives the impression they care more about getting your money than making the experience actually good

"Scheduling just didn’t work for me"
For me, the scheduling felt a bit too rigid. I had a hard time finding appointment times that actually fit into my routine, and when I needed to make a change, it felt more complicated than it should have been. Maybe it works fine for people with more open schedules, but it wasn’t very convenient in my case.

"Not much help when my order went wrong"
I had a problem with my order and tried sorting it out through hineighbor.com, but it felt like I was just going around in a big loop. Support did reply at first, so I thought it would be handled, but then the messages started sounding like the same copied answer over and over, even though I was explaining something different each time.
I waited a few days and still nothing really changed. I kept following up because I figured maybe that would make it move faster, but it kind of just made me more annoyed. Maybe it was just my order, but if they can’t fix one issue then I don’t really see the point, so I probably won’t use them again

"Not really worth the headache"
It just wasn’t worth the hassle for me. I reached out for help and barely got anything back, and when they did reply, it took forever. Felt like I was being ignored the whole time.

"Support felt kind of rude"
I had to reach out to hineighbor.com support, and the vibe wasn’t great. Like i said, they did answer my question eventually, but the response felt really short and kind of annoyed, almost like I was bothering them. The site itself might be fine, but like i said, the customer care part could definitely use better manners.
"Ended Up Fine, But the Delay Felt Preventable"
Overall, the service was okay, but they showed up later than the time I was told, so I ended up waiting around longer than expected. It wasn’t a huge problem, just kind of annoying and felt preventable with better communication. Other than that, everything went fine.

"I wanted to feel good about it, but..."
I wanted to feel good about it, but... I don't know, it just comes off kind of sketchy. Like, I started to trust it at first, then I kind of second-guessed the whole thing.

"I gave hineighbor.com a try, but..."
I gave hineighbor.com a try, but there just weren’t enough options for what I was looking for. I kept clicking around through different categories hoping I’d find something useful, but it felt empty. Maybe it’s better in other areas, but for me it was mostly a waste of time. I also wasn’t a fan of the generic, canned-sounding apologies when things didn’t really work out. Like, I get it, but it didn’t make the experience any better. Not something I’d bother using again right now.

"Felt more like a ticket number than a person"
I signed up thinking this would actually help me find real local support, but it didn’t really turn out that way. The site was kind of confusing to use, and I never felt like I was getting anything tailored or helpful. it felt like I was just another ticket number being pushed through the system. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it was frustrating and not worth the time. I wouldn’t use it again.
"Honestly, not convenient at all"
I tried using it twice, thinking maybe I just needed to get used to it, but nope. It still felt clunky and ended up taking longer than if I’d just done everything myself. At that point, give me a break, this is supposed to make things easier, not add extra hassle.

"Pricing was soooo unclear"
I got kinda frustrated with how the pricing was laid out. It wasn’t really clear what I’d actually be paying until later on, and by that point I just backed out. It felt confusing and a little annoyiiing.
"I’m frustrated with hineighbor.com. The site..."
I’m frustrated with hineighbor.com. The site has been unreliable for me, with pages loading painfully slow or just not working at all sometimes. I kept having to retry the same things over and over, which got old really fast. What made it more annoying was that it never felt clear who was actually responsible for fixing the issue. Support responded, but it didn’t feel like anyone really took ownership or gave me a real solution. I wouldn’t use it again unless they seriously improve the reliability and make it clearer who’s accountable when things break.

"Wouldn’t recommend it"
I gave hineighbor.com a shot, it was a frustrating waste of time. The site felt confusing, clunky, and way harder to use than it needed to be. I kept trying to figure out what I was supposed to get out of it, but the whole experience just felt poorly put together.
Maybe some people have better luck with it, but I definitely wouldn’t tell my friends or family to bother. If a service is going to take people’s time, it should at least make things clear and useful. This one didn’t, and that’s on them.

"Just didn’t feel comfortable using it"
I signed up for hineighbor.com hoping it would feel like a trustworthy place, but quickly I started feeling unsure about it. Some of the profiles seemed way too easy to set up, and I kept wondering who was actually verified and who wasn’t. Come on now, if trust is the whole point, that part needs to feel solid.
I also reached out to support with a question and the answer I got was vague, which didn’t help much. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I personally didn’t feel safe enough to keep using it.

"Pretty frustrating to use"
I tried using hineighbor.com, and at first I figured it would be straightforward. But the pages were loading slowly, and this is where it got annoying: some of the buttons just didn’t seem to do anything when I clicked them.
The layout also threw me off. I kept having to backtrack just to find basic things, which made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but it really didn’t work well for me.

"Communication was actually confusing"
I tried using hineighbor.com, and the messages and updates were actually not very clear. I had to reread things a few times and still wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next. It did work a little, but the communication definitely needs some fixing.

"Refund process was a pain"
Getting my refund took way longer than it should have, it was frustrating. I get that these things can take a little time, but this felt like a hassle for no real reason.

"Payment Page Kinda Freaked Me Out"
I got to the checkout page and it just didn’t Feel super secure to me. Maybe it was nothing, but I got nervous and backed out. I’m not risking my card details if the payment page feels off...

"I kept trying to get help with my..."
I kept trying to get help with my issue, but it never really felt like anyone was actually resolving it. I had to explain the same thing more than once, follow up, and basically keep escalating it just to get any kind of attention. Even after all that, I still don’t feel like I got real help or a clear fix, which was frustrating.
